Villa Koh Koon was built to blend with the surrounding environment. The main buildings are clad in natural rock material, and huge boulders accent the garden. Stone pathways wind through lush lawns to connect all the buildings. Many design elements of the house are reminiscent of a French farmhouse, but the surrounding coconut palms give you a distinctly tropical feel.

Updated Smeg appliances and ample counter space allow your personal villa chef to prepare gourmet meals. The chef has extensive experience with many types of cuisine, so there is little need for you to leave the villa for food. Enjoy an early breakfast in the courtyard or lunch by the pool; all of your desires will be fulfilled. If you are the health-conscious type, Villa Koh Koon comes stocked with a juicer so you can enjoy the abundance of tropical fruits. Fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a library, and a business center, this villa provides you with all the necessities. The living room features a staircase that leads to a second-floor where the library and business room are found. Just in case, the business center comes with a computer and multi-functional printer.

The master bedroom is connected to the library, and lucky patrons can see the ocean from the bed and private terrace. There’s a charming outdoor shower, but the master bathroom features an enclosed shower in case of rain along with two vanities. Underneath the main living room, there’s another lounge room which comes with a TV, DVD player and PlayStation 4. Additional bedrooms are situated in four different pavilions on the property. Outfitted with crisp linens, air conditioning, outdoor terraces, and personal bathrooms, these bedrooms are ready to handle every need. Crete stone walls and simple wood furnishings add to the Mediterranean vibe.

In the main house, there’s also a pool table, dartboard, and Foosball table for extra nighttime entertainment. The open floor plan between the common living area and kitchen creates a great space for social gatherings. With enough seating for 18, you can easily host a grand feast in the dining area. Connected to the open living room is an elegant outdoor terrace. It is covered in travertine tile, thoughtfully placed soft seats, and gauzy curtains flutter in the tropical breeze. The dining room also opens to an outdoor courtyard with a built-in grill for barbecues.

Outside, you’ll also find an infinity pool surrounded by a wooden deck in the midst of the lush garden. Numerous lounge chairs are placed around the pool deck, and there’s a wet bar on site. Off to the side, there is a shaded pavilion for rest from the sun and another dining area. The shaded pavilion boasts a projector screen for outdoor movie nights. In addition to all of these fabulous amenities, Villa Koh Koon features expansive lawns, a deck for yoga or intimate gatherings, and professional staff who attends to your every need.
